Founded by brothers Joe, Mike & Frank Rocco in 1991, Planet Pizza specializes in high quality, convenient & delicious pizza, salads, wings, wraps & subs as well as dozens of pasta, entree and dessert selections. The Rocco brothers are proud to continue their father's legacy by making pizza using the recipes and craftsmanship they learned working as children at their family's Bronx, NY pizzeria. Today, our pizza dough is still made fresh in each store using flour milled from the finest Kansas spring wheat. Our pizza sauce is made from ripe California tomatoes, picked in late August and early September and fresh-packed with fragrant basil. To finish our pizza we use only 100% whole milk Wisconsin mozzarella made from a proprietary blend, shredded in-house and aged to a minimum of 28 days.
